A PRACTICE ROOTED IN NATURE, CREATIVITY & CARE
Naturembodied is a home for nature-rooted creativity, intuitive arts, and early childhood education. My work grows from years spent with young children, studying intuition, and creating art in cyclical rhythms as nature-connection guides my reflection processes.
MEET KEATON
Welcome — I’m Keaton (or just K) Wood, an early childhood educator, artist, writer, trauma-sensitive yoga and meditation guide, tarot and astrology reader, and group facilitator. Naturembodied is a personal project that supports community building, creative process, and reflective documentation. It includes an ECE Community of Practice, Nature–Art Circles, and the Naturembodied Collective blog, where ongoing work, learning, and creative experiments are documented as they unfold. Creative reflections and visual work are shared seasonally through a quarterly This Season newsletter. The project is intentionally structured to prioritise process, relationship, and sustainability over constant output.

NATUREMBODIED IS FOR
Educators – ECE, pedagogy, reflective practice, community learning
Creatives & nature-lovers – seasonal art practice, process, creative inquiry
Intuitive practitioners – symbolism, seasonal frameworks, body-based intuition
These threads overlap and inform one another.

NATUREMBODIED COLLECTIVE:
THIS SEASON

THIS SEASON IN NATURE
We are in a collective water element season (winter) that asks us to pause more, be still, reckon with clarity that comes from the quiet we are willing to keep nurturing within. I hope for more wisdom to flow in through dreams and creative meandering as the air is more often still with gentle falling snow. Crisp days and nights are striking as they are a shock to the system. We are not guaranteed constant ease, nor is it good for us but we are built to overcome and find ourselves more nourished and robust along the way as our agency is revealed by our actions.
THIS SEASON IN LEARNING
I am revisiting the Intuition As Spiral (2023) course by Lindsay Mack a tarot teacher and mentor, stay tuned for process work and key takeaways! I am also in Sally Huey's (Wunderled Teaching) Become A Voice For Play 10 hour training that is a fascinating, active and in-depth look at trusting ourselves and sharing authentically, kismet indeed.
THIS SEASON IN COMMUNITY
My community offerings are changing as I archive what I was able to offer this year and start collaborating with new friends. Our gatherings are getting more playful and creative! Also, ECE Community of Practice Gatherings are officially coming in March of 2026!
