ABOUT ME

Welcome — I’m Keaton (or just K) Wood, an early childhood educator, creative consultant, trauma-sensitive yoga and meditation guide, artist, tarot and astrology reader.

Naturembodied began as a personal practice — I fill my life with art the way some people fill theirs with breathing. I create to rest, to understand, to excite myself, to be in conversation with the world, and to share what’s unfolding.

On October 13 of 2025, I decided to clear space, clear previous obligations and let myself feel. Let feeling guide creation and limitlessness, willingness and grit guide our evolutions as things of nature.

These two symbols kept following me:

The spiderweb reminds me of our organic interconnection; that every ripple is registered, every thread connects — art, care, reflection, collaboration...

The snail shell reminds me that I can move one step at a time, protected by love, toward the unknown.

It grew into a community space where I bring together:

  • my background in early childhood education

  • my lifelong art practice

  • my training in trauma-sensitive yoga + meditation

  • my work with intuitive arts

  • my passion for nature-based learning

  • my love of creative collaboration + consulting

THE DAILY PRACTICE

I work full-time as an early childhood educator.

My daily rhythm — with toddlers, outdoors, and among my team — is a living meditation on presence.

I weave this practice gently through my days: noticing light on leaves, joining a child in a moment of wonder, writing a line of reflection between transitions.

In the evenings and weekends, I return to my art, writing, and creative collaborations.

Nothing is rushed — everything grows from where I am.

THE HEART OF IT

My work grows from years spent with young children, studying intuition, and creating art in cyclical rhythms. Whether I’m supporting educators, guiding creative circles, or working one-on-one with visionaries, the foundation is the same:

nature as teacher

creativity as nourishment

intuition as inherent

reflection as wisdom

My work is rooted in the following beliefs:

It is human nature to create.

It is human nature to build strong community.

It is human nature to seek meaning.

It is human nature to be at home in nature — to be nature, embodied.

Naturembodied is the invitation to remember what you already are.
