Nature-Art Circles

Nature–Art Circles are spaces for art, mindfulness, and nature connection. We gather as friends to reflect, create, and listen to one another peer-to-peer.

What to Expect

  • Begin with a gentle mindfulness practice to tune into your senses, the season, and the nature around us

  • Time for quiet reflection and creative response through art or writing

  • Sharing in a non-hierarchical, peer listening circle

Women's Circles

Women’s Circles are gentle, intentional spaces for women and femme-identified people to gather in reflection, connection, and recognition of shared experience.

These offerings are guided by the Wild Woman Project Circle framework, a globally recognized model for women’s circles that centres ritual, seasonal awareness, and peer-to-peer connection.

What to Expect

  • Intention setting and introductions

  • Resources to connect with the circle’s theme (reading excerpts, meditative or breath practices and more)

  • Time for journaling, art-making, or quiet reflection

  • Optional, peer-led sharing space rooted in deep listening, non-judgment, and being witnessed

ECE Community of Practice Gatherings

What to Expect

  • Guided reflection and open conversation

  • Practical strategies and shared resources

  • A provided notebook to support reflective practice

  • A 2-hour in-person or online gathering in a small group (max 8)
