Spiral Intuition, Heart-Perception & Self Trust Research Study
By Naturembodied (K.E. Wood)
Abstract / Intent of Study
To use my energy now to record my passions and intersection endeavours in a loose study framework gives body to the thoughts that are currently making up my life. This is how I want to use my voice for me. Not for anyone else but purely to lean into the curiosity of what comes up. I will be recording dreams and drawings, compiling course notes and synchronicities, and of course my intuitive insights that seem to come from thin air. In reality I believe the web of all knowing and gracing all with its tendril touch can feel the truth for my spiralic being this moment and its a web of communication. I want to explore spirals, deepen my surface level understanding of heart perception and how its connection with intuition is unbroken. I am doing all of this with a “day job” that I love, its so tiring because there are so many tasks but I’m curious how I can ease the burnout with exhilaration and nourishment, conserving energy where I can and leaning on people willing to help. I want to walk through my days as a new ECE trusting myself. And that is how all these focuses align. Spirals are an aesthetic and symbolic undertaking for my artistic brain to unravel within, heart-perception and intuition bridge the spiral quality and humanness, natureness and the self trust being a professionally confident ECE is being brave, authentic and aware of my agency - courage in action, the power of my part, my birthright.
1. Guiding Questions
- Where is heart perception evident in my life and work?
Where is it useful for decision-making and meaning-making? - How do I connect with my intuition and heart perception?
What tools and practices help, and when? - What does the spiral mean? Across philosophies of thought and purposes/occurances in nature and in my own world - what meaning am I continuously making?
- How can I lean into the non-linear way of things as I move through daily life?
- What does the spiral of intuition mean for our inputs from our inner voices?
- What does courage in action look like for living my self trust?
- How can I ease the burnout with exhilaration and nourishment, conserve energy where I can and lean on people willing to help? Does this look like steps or changes in behavior?
